1. Operator and scope

SerumWrites is a publishing brand currently held by Universal Network Development LLC (we, us, our). A proposed separate SerumWrites company is not represented as formed or as this website’s operator. These Terms concern the SerumWrites website, not the separate agreements you enter with reading, listening, retail or social platforms.

2. What is available

You can browse the public stories and external reading/listening links without an account. Free reader accounts use Google sign-in and provide your own saved library, profile preset, appearance/timezone settings, notifications and policy records. Direct checkout, paid membership, public posting, private messaging, uploads and hosted AI services are not offered in this release. A plan is not a sale or a promised release date.

The current featured work is The Apothecary’s Dao. A listing on one platform does not establish that the same edition, format, price, territory or license is available elsewhere. Check the selected platform’s listing before ordering.

3. Copyright and purchases

Protected material remains the property of its respective rights holders. We claim only rights we hold or are authorized to use. You may browse the site for lawful personal use. A book, audio or software purchase does not give you its underlying copyright, equity in a business, an investment return, employment or management rights.

Ownership of a lawfully acquired physical copy and statutory resale rights are separate from copyright ownership. Nothing here removes fair use, accessibility exceptions or other rights preserved by applicable law. External platforms set their own purchase and download terms. Before direct sales open here, the applicable license, price, delivery and refund terms must be shown with the offer and recorded with the order.

4. Accurate offers

Words such as follow, join, support and community ordinarily describe readership, not an ownership interest or financial return. Specific factual claims, prices, product descriptions and express guarantees must be accurate. These Terms do not authorize contradictory advertising, hidden charges or withdrawing an express promise through fine print. Mandatory rights and applicable purchase promises remain in place.

5. Reader accounts and agreement

Browsing is not a recorded agreement. Before using protected reader features, you must separately affirm agreement to the identified Terms version and acknowledge the identified Privacy Policy version. We record your account identifier, each document version and hash, interface version and server time. Google sign-in does not replace this step. Optional email topics and optional browser preferences are separate choices; neither is required to open a reader account. You must be at least 18 to create an account in this release. Choose a lawful display name and keep your Google account secure; do not share access or impersonate another person.

A material change affecting future account use requires a clearly presented new agreement before that affected use. Existing purchases remain tied to their accepted terms. Declining an update must not block support, lawful refunds, cancellation or privacy requests. Dated historical versions remain accessible through the Legal Centre.

6. Safe use

Do not break the law, infringe rights, distribute malware, obtain unauthorized access, evade access controls, impersonate someone or disrupt service. Automated access must respect applicable law, content rights and technical limits. The Acceptable Use and Community Rules cover any future participation features. Ordinary criticism, lawful complaints and good-faith security or accessibility reports are welcome.

We may act promptly to address fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, infringement or an urgent legal or security risk. This does not create a 30-day permission to continue harmful conduct. Any notice or remedy required by applicable law or an existing purchase remains available. Planned changes to paid services, if introduced, need their own disclosed notice, cancellation and billing rules before sale.

7. Availability and responsibility

We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular audience, publishing success or a financial outcome. Feature changes do not remove mandatory rights or previously purchased benefits without an appropriate remedy. Browser-local saves are not a backed-up account library.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE FREE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED AS AVAILABLE, WITHOUT A SEPARATE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. This does not exclude express promises, mandatory warranties, fraud, willful misconduct or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. It does not limit rights against an external seller. This edition imposes no arbitrary damages cap or shortened statutory claim deadline.

8. Concerns and disputes

Contact serumwrites@gmail.com so we can try to resolve a concern. Informal discussion is encouraged, but does not prevent urgent relief, a regulator complaint, an available small-claims action or a claim before its lawful deadline. This edition imposes no mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver, jury waiver or one-year filing limit.

Florida law applies where a choice of law is permitted, without removing mandatory protections or forums available under the law that applies to you. Later consumer dispute provisions require specific review for actual offers and markets before introduction.

9. Changes and transfers

The Legal Centre identifies each document’s date, version and publication status. Changes apply prospectively, subject to applicable law and existing commitments. Dated copies remain available. A future company transfer requires the relevant corporate, contractual, provider and privacy steps; it does not erase existing obligations or retroactively change purchases. Applicable operator changes must be disclosed accurately.
