Refund Policy
External purchases today and the protections required for future direct orders.

1. Current purchases
This website currently accepts no payments, creates no orders and ships no books or paid downloads. For an external order, use the seller and order information on your receipt and that platform’s process. Contact serumwrites@gmail.com for help identifying the right destination; do not send full card information.
2. Before direct sales
A direct offer must identify the seller, item or service, format, compatibility, total price, tax and delivery costs, delivery time, refund and cancellation terms and an accessible contact route before payment. The Privacy Policy must name the actual payment processor before the first sale. Direct checkout must stay off while required details are missing.
The exact Refund Policy and applicable product or service terms shown at checkout must be preserved by version and content hash with the order and receipt. A later policy cannot be silently substituted. This edition does not announce a direct-sale refund window or claim a purchase record already exists.
3. Defects, non-delivery and guarantees
Future direct-sale terms must distinguish a change of mind from damaged, incorrect, missing, inaccessible or materially misdescribed goods and services not delivered as agreed. They must preserve mandatory remedies and explain appropriate replacement, repair, cancellation or refund. Downloading a file does not eliminate non-excludable rights concerning defects or non-delivery.
An express satisfaction or money-back guarantee must be accurate and honored according to disclosed terms; it cannot be dismissed as marketing through fine print. Honest complaints, reviews and lawful payment disputes must not trigger automatic retaliation.
4. Physical goods and services
Before shipping direct orders, we must state reliable shipping times, supported destinations, a return route and address, the return window, return costs and treatment of damaged or incorrect items. Delays require applicable notice, consent or refund. Services need a specific scope, start and completion arrangements, revision and cancellation rules, and fair treatment of work already performed. Those offers are not active yet.
