1. Our aim
We want people with different devices and access needs to enjoy SerumWrites. Our development target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This is a target, not certification or a claim of a complete independent audit of every page or external service.
2. Measures and known limits
The site uses semantic headings, named controls, keyboard navigation, visible focus, responsive layouts and device reduced-motion support. The homepage’s decorative motion can be paused. There is no embedded autoplay audio.
Checks have covered the original eight pages at desktop, tablet and phone widths, selected keyboard journeys, and the current legal links and consent controls. Comprehensive screen-reader coverage, external platforms and future account or purchase journeys remain separate checks. We do not claim those have already passed.
3. Report a barrier
Email serumwrites@gmail.com with the page URL, what you were trying to do and what went wrong. Include browser or assistive technology details if useful; medical details are unnecessary. We will review and prioritize an appropriate remedy and alternative route where reasonably available. No unstaffed response-time guarantee is made.
4. Ongoing work
Accessibility needs ongoing automated and manual checks of keyboard, zoom, motion, contrast and assistive-technology behavior. A statement or overlay does not replace correcting barriers. Known limits must remain accurate as the site changes.
